And I keep meaning to tell you l've started giving your name out when people ask me what l've been doing differently. for a while I was just telling people I was finally getting lean enough to see what l've been doing for the last two years but after the third guy at the gym asked and was like "no l've seen you for years, something in the last 2-3 months is really working for you" it hit me that your program is the only thing l've changed in a very long time.
Im definitely seeing the benefits of actually following a well written plan and I guess other people are seeing it too!
